We provide a full range of travel services, specializing in outbound tour packages, golf packages, domestic or international airline ticketing, worldwide hotel reservations and most importantly Etihad / KLM ticketing.

Terms and Condition

Tour members are deemed to have read understood and accepted thae following :
- Bestour EU-US Sdn.Bhd. and its sales agent are referred to as “The Organisers”


1) The contents to include in tour fare :
Tour Fare includes:-
a)Return economy class group air ticket, excluding taxes which is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
b) Accommodation based on twin sharing for adults. Child fare is based on the child as the third person in twin or double room of two adults without extra bed. If child occupies a half twin, a surcharge applys. Child is consided above 2 years old and below 12 years old, but subject to individual hotel and country policy.
c) All meals, sightseeing and other terms as specified in the itinerary.
d) One piece check in luggage not exceeding 20 kilos per person. (subject to individual airline policy, low cost carrier you might have to pay for your check in luggage)

2) TOUR PRICES
Prices shown are valid at the time of publication of the brochure or the price list which form part of the brochure, and is subject to change with or without prior notice due to increase of airfares, other transport costs, hotel rates, exchange rates and government tax etc.

3) PAYMENT METHOD
Bestour EU-US Sdn Bhd accept payment via cash/cheque/online transfer.Additional surcharge applicable for credit card payment.

4) RESERVATION & DEPOSIT
A deposit is required upon of booking, the balance of payment must be paid up 45 days before the Tour commences.
Asia – RM 500.00 - RM1,000.00 / pax
Other destinations- RM1,000.00 - RM2,500 /pax
• All the tour fares and airport taxes are subject to currency fluctuations
• All tour fares are guaranteed only if reservations are made with full payment received

5) CANCELATION POLICY
*No refund of deposit for bookings made of travel fair Cancellation fees will be imposed as follows :
Over 45 working days (before from date of departure) : deposit will be fully forfeited
31 - 45 working days (before date of departure) : 50% of tour fare
1 - 30 working days (before date of departure) : 100% of tour fare

The respective airline’s cancellation policy on special promotional fare shall apply in addition to the cancellation charges.
( Note : The airline ticket is restricted and subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions. It may be non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any alteration in routing or change of date of travel by any passenger is solely at his own risk. The company or its associated agents not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred .)

6)PASSPORT / VISA
It is required by most immigration authorities that the passport must have a validity of at least seven (7) months from date of return of travel. Wherever a visa is required, The organizer will undertake to submit the necessary documents for processing at nominal fee but subject to the embassy requirements and procedures, approval is not guaranteed. Visa fees will have to be borne by the passengers. The organizers cannot be held liable for any loss of passport(s) due to any reason whatsoever including limitation, negligence on the part of our employees, agents/ or servant.

7) EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension of stay is permitted at the last stop but subject to seat confirmation and surcharge (if applicable) by the airline and hotel accommodation arrangements and validity of the excursion tickets. When the extension of stay/ deviation is unable to confirm, passenger are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. Reverting to the original date is not permitted once the extension date has been confirmed. Extension or deviation need to be done minimum 21 days before departure.

8) TRAVEL INSURANCE :
All passengers are recommended to purchase travel insurance.

9) COMPLAINT / CLAIMS
All claims against the company must be made in writing within 2 weeks after completion of the tour. All the disputes if any, will be subject to the Malaysia Court of Law. All terms and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by the general manager of the company.

10) RESPONSIBILITIES
a) The Organisers act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotels, and other principals of the tour programme.
b)The Organisers accepts no responsibilities for any loss, injury or damage to you or your belongings resulting directly or indirectly from occurrences beyond it’s control including breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delays, medical or customs regulations, cancellation, changes in itinerary or schedules, etc.
c) Travel documents are the responsibility of persons taking the tours. The Organisers shall not be held responsible and there will be absolutely no refund for deportation or refusal of entry by immigration. Authorities for Tours Member resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel
documents or other causes of whose behavior and activities are considered as subversive by the foreign government concerned.
d) If necessary the Organisers reserve the right to alter itineraries, travel arrangements, hotel accommodation etc. The Organisers also reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of clients, in which event no liabilities whatsoever shall be borne by the Organisers in respect of
such cancellations or withdrawal but money paid by such clients as booking fees shall be refunded to them.
e) No refund or reduction will be made to any person, who does not participate in any meal, sightseeing or accommodation during the course of the tour.
f) The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to specific Airlines only.
g) Any alteration on the routing or change of date of travel by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Organisers shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred.
h) The Organisers reserves the right to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his/her act or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and there shall be no liability thereafter to any such person.
i) These conditions cannot be altered or waived except by the Organisers/ Sponsors.
j) The Organizer will only provide the services of an accompanying tour manager for group of minimum 15 adult passengers.

11) Tour payments are based on cash terms / payments by credit card is subject to a surcharge.

12) We have the right to reject any bookings on handicapped people who cannot walk on their own (require wheelchair) unless they have own relatives to accompany.

13)TIPPING Tour fare not included luggage tipping of airport, pier and hotel.
