Crafted partially in timber, it has been painstakingly furnished to recreate the interiors of his childhood home. Spend some time at leisure exploring this lovely town, taking in sights of the surrounding landscape that had probably provided inspiration for his famed masterpieces. Continue to Oxford, arguably one of the most famous university towns in the world. We will have the opportunity to explore Oxford, home to University of Oxford and its colleges, from whence emerged generations of thought leaders and scholarly heavyweights such as former US President Bill Clinton. Visit University Church of St. Mary the Virgin. Standing in the very centre of Oxford, it is the spiritual heart of the oldest university in Britain. It has been the focus of Christian worship and of debates about religion, politics, and morality for over seven hundred years.
